A: The hulls, decks and cabin of your East Coast Houseboats are all fiberglass. This eliminates the need for extensive maintenance and never requires painting. The fiberglass hulls also make the East Coast Houseboats perfectly suited for salt or brackish water.
Q: What type of electrical system does the East Coast Houseboats have?
A: East Coast Houseboats are normally equipped with a 30 amp 110 volt system. This provides ample power for air conditioning and normal power needs. A 50 amp 220 volt system upgrade package is also available.
Q: What about waste water from the East Coast Houseboats?
A: East Coast Houseboats are equipped with water saver toilets that require as little as a pint of water. Septic systems are available for waste purposes as well. All East Coast Houseboats have 150 gallon holding tanks for black water, or bathroom waste. We are proud that East Coast Houseboats do not allow discharge from waste overboard into our waters.
Q: What about fresh water?
A: East Coast Houseboats are designed to be hooked up with a garden hose to a dock or city water system. An optional on board water system is available. The East Coast Houseboats also has a 96 gallon fresh water tank for extended stays.

A: Your East Coast Houseboats can be delivered to any body of water you choose. Various slip locations are also available in Deltaville, VA.
Q: How long will it take to have my East Coast Houseboats delivered?
A: The current East Coast Houseboats production time is six weeks from the date of order. Timely orders will guarantee your delivery date especially in anticipation of heavy production schedules for spring and early summer.
